The Bible says, “Be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry.” (James 1:19)

People who learn to do these things have undoubtedly noticed the same thing as Coolidge. It’s hard for words you don’t say to come back to harm you.

I highly recommend the hard work of learning to truly listen, be slow to speak, and slow to become angry. You will personally benefit, and so will the people around you.

In The News

1. The SEC’s Gensler said that a ban on crypto would be up to congress. There is a lot of news and information packed into that article and giving it a quick read. There are a lot of encouraging and concerning things happening all at once.

2. The CIO of George Soros’s family fund at this to say recently, “We own some coins -- not a lot -- but the coins themselves are less interesting than the use cases of DeFi and things like that” she said, noting that “cryptocurrencies have gone mainstream.”

   This is meaningful news in my mind. While Democratic leaders are pushing to regulate crypto, their very wealthy and powerful behind the scenes influencers are investing in it.

1. Those feeling a little frustrated with the amount of progress since the launch of smart contracts might want to read this recent thread from Cardano Whale.

2. OccamFi published a demo of their DEX, OccamX, with a working solution to the “concurrency problem.”

   DEXs on Cardano are going to be one of the first big use cases for smart contracts and there are numerous teams competing to be first and best to market in that space.

Technical Analysis / Price Discussion

Cardano ADA has reached the apex of the short-term and long-term resistance trends and is in the midst of fake break-outs both ways.

Cardano ADA is the only coin in the top 10 market cap that hasn’t seen greater than 10% increase over the past 7 days. Some ADA investors are getting frustrated. I’m not. I’m not in crypto markets for day trading.

Cardano ADA has been the top performing crypto major this entire cycle. I expect that superb performance to continue and I’m not going to panic over a slightly dry period of price action when DEXs and Dapps are weeks away.
