Quote of the Day
“All crime is a kind of disease and should be treated as such.”
― Mahatma Gandhi
In the news covers smash and grab crime that’s taking over the United States. It’s really sad and concerning to see. It will get even worse if the people committing these crimes aren’t found and held accountable.
Laws exist for a reason and when they’re ignored or brazenly broken, it has a very negative effect on everyone, not just the criminal or the person the crime is committed against. Crime is a kind of disease and it should be treated as such.
In The News
Large groups of people are participating in “smash and grab” thefts all across the country. In many instances, these disturbing acts are going unpunished and even leading to death.
The world may be overreacting to the new COVID variant which is described by the doctor who found it as “extremely mild.”

Charles did a video update over the weekend about DApp launches. Because 10.5 Billion dollars have been lost this year as a result of bad DApp design, Charles spoke to what Cardano is doing to help encourage good DApp design and also “manage expectations” around upcoming launches around Cardano.
Technical Analysis / Price Discussion
Things looked pretty dark for crypto yesterday. And then all at once, things turned around. ADA gained 10% over the course of three hours!
What happened? Fundamentally, concerns about the COVID variant began to ease. Technically, ADA tested a very strong support level (green horizontal line), hit the bottom of a downtrend channel (small channel) and got close to the bottom of the bull market channel.
Now we see if there’s follow-through on the bounce. I expect any pull-back towards the green horizontal line to be bought with conviction and to see a test of the downtrend resistance soon.
